Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses the 96ACE website and its services. 96ACE is operated by Ace Interactive Group Ltd., a company registered in Curacao under licence number 8048/JAZ2025-001.

By opening an account, placing a bet or simply using the site, you agree to these terms, our game rules and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

We may update these terms at any time. We will try to post a clear notice on the site for any major change, but it is your responsibility to check this page. Bets placed before a change follow the terms in force when they were placed. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.

To use 96ACE you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live, whichever is higher.
• Be able to take responsibility for your own actions.
• Make sure online gambling is legal where you live. Checking your local laws is your responsibility.
• Not be a citizen or resident of, or play from, a restricted jurisdiction. These include Hong Kong, France, the United States, Switzerland, Taiwan and the Philippines.
• Play as an individual. Companies and other legal entities may not hold accounts.

We may void any transaction involving a player under the legal age. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and you accept full responsibility for any losses.

• One account per person. Extra accounts may be closed or merged with your main account.
• Accurate details. Give true information when you register and keep your phone number and bank details up to date. False details can lead to the account being closed and its balance forfeited.
• Verification. We may ask for documents to confirm your identity, including during random security checks or before a payout.
• Keep your login private. Any bet made with your correct username and password is treated as yours. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
• Check your balance. Report any error in your balance within 30 days of the end of the month it happened. After that, the balance on record is final.
• No sharing. Do not let anyone else, including a minor, use your account or collect winnings for you.
• Inactive accounts. If you do not log in and use the site for 12 months in a row, we may close the account. Contact support if you want a balance reinstated.
• Closing your account. Contact support at any time. You remain responsible for activity on the account until we confirm it is closed.

• Only use the payment methods shown on the site.
• Withdraw through the same payment method you used to deposit, unless we agree otherwise.
• Withdrawals are paid once your balance has been confirmed and any verification is complete.
• We may hold a payout until we are satisfied it is going to the right person.
• Chargebacks and reversed payments are not allowed. If one happens, you must repay the amount and any costs of collecting it.
• If money is credited to your account by mistake, tell us. It must be returned and any bets using it may be voided.
• You are responsible for reporting your winnings to the authorities if your local law requires it.

• Only registered members can bet, and only online through the site.
• A bet counts once our gaming server has accepted and recorded it and you have received confirmation. Bets that are not received in full, for example because of a connection problem, are void.
• Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or changed. If something looks wrong, check your bet list and contact support before the event starts.
• You need enough balance to cover each bet.
• Odds can change until your bet is accepted. If odds or event details were shown in error, we may void or correct the affected bets.
• Bets accepted after the advertised cut-off time are void.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and can change without notice.
• We may suspend a market, refuse a bet or limit an account at our discretion.
• Winnings are credited after the final result is confirmed. In a dispute, our recorded transaction data is used as the final evidence.

Live roulette. You may not bet on more than half the numbers in a single game: 24 on European roulette or 23 on American roulette.

Ladder betting is not allowed. This means any system of raising or lowering bets based on earlier results to manipulate play. Accounts caught doing it will be suspended, and repeat or serious cases are banned with winnings and balances forfeited. 96ACE monitors gameplay for this.

Sports parlays. A parlay ticket that breaks any of these rules is invalid, even if the system accepted it:

• Selections must come from the top five leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1) or other approved major competitions.
• Every selection must be at EU odds of 1.75 or above, or Asian odds of 0.75 or above.
• Live or in-play matches cannot be included.

Esports. Betting is only open on these tournaments:

• Counter-Strike 2: Major, IEM Katowice, IEM Cologne
• Dota 2: The International, Riyadh Masters, DreamLeague
• League of Legends: Worlds, MSI, LCK Finals
• VALORANT: Champions, Masters

What does not count as turnover. Void, drawn and cancelled bets, bets on opposite sides of the same event, bets below EU odds 1.75 or Asian odds 0.75, and 4D bets are not counted as valid turnover.

Every bonus, rebate, cashback and promotional credit has its own terms, including any maximum payout or withdrawal limit. Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn up to the limit stated in that promotion, and anything above it is forfeited.

If a promotion's own terms differ from these general terms, the promotion terms apply. Read the full rules on the promotions page before you claim.

We may limit your account, void bets and withhold or forfeit funds if we have reason to believe there is fraud, money laundering or other wrongdoing. This includes:

• Getting around these terms, betting limits or the one account rule
• Hacking, or using someone else's login or account
• Using funds that are not legally yours
• Giving false personal details
• Chip dumping, or moving funds between accounts through sports bets
• Playing as a group or syndicate to cheat the company
• Attacking the site, using bots, or copying or reverse engineering any part of it

Where the law requires it, we may share information with the relevant authorities.

Casino games use software licensed to 96ACE by third party providers. You may use it to play, but you do not own it and may not copy, share, modify or reverse engineer it.

The software is provided as it is. If a game or system error affects a result or a balance, we may remove the affected games and correct the error.

Progressive jackpot wins are paid to 96ACE by the game provider first. Once received, we aim to pay them within the first 14 days of the following month, after verification. Delays from the provider may affect this. No interest is paid on jackpot balances waiting to be paid.

96ACE is not responsible for losses caused by equipment or connection failures, delays or interruptions to the site, mistakes in odds or content, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. If you break these terms, you agree to cover any losses or costs this causes 96ACE. In any dispute about a bet or winnings, the company's decision is final.
