Malaysia's Online Casino Since 2007
96ACE is operated by Ace Interactive Group Ltd under a Curacao eGaming licence. Six gaming verticals, three languages, deposits in about a minute and withdrawals in around five.
Who We Are
The operator
96ACE is run by Ace Interactive Group Ltd. The brand has served Malaysian players since 2007, which makes it one of the longer running names in this market rather than something that appeared last season.
Three languages
The platform runs in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. A casino serving Malaysia should not push its members into a single language, and support is staffed in Malay and English around the clock.
Ringgit throughout
Balances, bonuses and payouts are all denominated in MYR, so nothing disappears into a currency conversion on the way in or the way out.
Licensing, Testing and Fair Play
Credibility here is only worth what an outside party will vouch for.
Curacao eGaming
Licence number 8048/JAZ2025-001, held by Ace Interactive Group Ltd. That number is public and checkable, which is why it is printed here rather than us simply describing ourselves as licensed.
iTech Labs tested
Game outcomes are examined by iTech Labs, a laboratory that does not work for us and gains nothing from the result. Any casino can publish a payout figure. An outside lab checking the generator behind it is a different kind of statement.
SSL encrypted
Every connection between your device and our servers is encrypted, so account and payment details never travel in the clear.

Banking and Payouts
How money moves
Deposits clear in roughly a minute and withdrawals in around five. Payout speed is where most complaints about online casinos start, so ours is stated as a number rather than as an adjective.

A small habit that spares a lot of frustration: the moment a bonus is tagged to your account, get the wagering figure and the payout ceiling out of the agent. Those two numbers shift from promotion to promotion, and knowing them upfront changes how you play the balance.
The VIP Programme
Four tiers, entered by invitation or by reaching RM150,000 across five deposits.
Every tier carries unlimited withdrawals, dedicated 24/7 VIP support and lifetime membership once reached, with unlimited rebates scaling by level.
At Signature, members get a personal account manager, seasonal gifts, and rebates across sports, slots and live casino. Full detail on the VIP programme page.
Responsible Gambling
Every game on this platform carries a mathematical edge in the operator's favour, and enough play will make that edge visible. We would rather members understood that plainly than discovered it slowly.
This is entertainment with a cost attached. Nobody should be treating it as earnings, and it makes a poor tool for winning back a bad night.
Put a number on the evening before the first bet and let it stand as what the entertainment cost. Two signals matter more than any others: reaching for a second deposit to undo the first, and losing track of the hour you meant to finish.
Gambling Help Online is free to contact anywhere in Malaysia and treats every conversation privately. There is more on our responsible gambling page, and the privacy policy sets out what happens to your data.
